Absolutely! gDine's Split-The-Check feature lets your party decide how many people will be paying for the dining experience.
During the checkout process, you will be presented with an option to Split-The-Check. Just pay for your meal, thenenter in your guest's email addresses. They will get a secure link to pay for their prix-fixe dining experiences.
Yes. Once full payment has been received for all guests, you will get a confirmation email with the details of your reservation. If you don't see it, you may want to check your spam folder. Receiving this email means the reservation is confirmed with the restaurant.
You can change or cancel your reservation at any time up to four (4) hours before the reservation time and receive a 100% refund if cancelling.
To change or cancel a reservation, just login and click on "Account" at the top right of the homepage. Under the Bookings tab click on the Manage button under Upcoming reservations. From the Order Detail page, you will have the option to change your reservation to another Date/Time or Cancel it.
Once your reservation is less than four hours away, it is non-refundable.
If you need to add to your party, simply book make a reservation for the additional guests and make sure to put in the Notes section - "Addition to XXX party".
If you need to decrease the size of your party and reservation is more than 4 hours away, go to gDine and see if there is a spot available for your new party size. If there is, just book it and cancel your old reservation.
If there is not a spot available for the new party size or the booking is less than 4 hours away, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
