  ...is what I heard over and over after planning and executing my birthday dinner at Prosecco via gDine. The gDine staff graciously accommodated my multiple reservation count increases (from 12 to 24!), gave me daily reports on guest payment status since we all elected to pay separately, and made themselves available seemingly 24x7 to make sure I was happy. The venue was fantastic. They gave us their entire private wine cellar, complete with dedicated staff and even let us steam our own music over their sound system. The menu was perfect in terms of choices, portion size, and quality. The service was superb. Plus, by booking through gDine we were able to save a significant amount off the price we would have paid otherwise. I can highly recommend both gDine and Prosecco for providing a stellar experience for me and my 23 guests. Note: Don't let the 4/5 food rating mislead you. The only places in Chicago I rated a 5/5 are L20 and Alinea. That said, 4/5 is excellent.

  Not Kate's fault--she gave impeccable service. But the busmen cleared my table (I was in ladies') before I'd finished coffee. Darn. Choices are good variety. The flourless chocolate cake was dense and just right. Crab cakes were full of crab; its sauce was a bit too overpowering for my taste.
