Mago Grill & Cantina (Bolingbrook)

  When we arrived, the receptionist at the desk stated that she received no reservation under my name. She also mentioned that they don't honor gDiners on Friday evenings or weekends. She was quite rude. Eventually we were offered a table. I would not go back, however.

  The food at MAGO has been good the times I'd been there before, and it was this time as well, but no one on the staff, including the Manager, seemed to know that they had a certain gDine menu out there. Our server had no clue so she went to get the Manager who also walked away to verify. Luckily I had printed the receipt that said I had paid, and so I handed it over to them. We got the gDine menu about 10 minutes after they had walked away with the receipt. The service was ok, not as attentative as they usual are with their chips and salsa and refills of water, but overall still good.

  Our server was delightful. She was so kind and accommodating. The portions were so big we definitely took some to go. The mango sangria was amazing as well! We will definitely be back!

  The service was better than expected. Not only will I use gDine again, I will go to the Mago restaurant as well. The staff and waiter was fantastic.
