What is gDine? How Does it Work?
gDine brings avid diners an online resource to book the best dining experiences in town at exclusive group rates.

Book through gDine and you will find dozens of the city's best restaurant experiences at reduced pricetags. Search by selecting a date, time, and the number of guests in your group, then find the gDine experiences that are available. Now, book it! gDine lets you pay for your booking online. Then the only thing left to do is go to the restaurant and enjoy.

When I dine at the restaurant do I need to pay for anything?
When you book your dining experience online at gDine, your entire meal, including tax and gratuity, is paid for at the time of booking. We even feature a way to divide the check with your friends, in advance and online with our Split-the-Check™ feature.

The only time that you will be presented with a check at the restaurant, is if you order any "extras" that aren't part of the gDine experience that you purchased.

Can I cancel my gDine reservation?
You can cancel at any time up to four (4) hours before the booked time without penalty and get a full refund.

Once your booking is less than four (4) hours away, it is non-refundable.

To cancel, just go to "My Bookings" under the Navigation toolbar at the top of your screen and view your booking. If your booking is more than 4 hours away, you will have the option to Cancel and receive a full refund.

What if my party increases in size?
If your booking is more than 4 hours away, go to gDine and see if there is a spot available for your expanded (or contracted) party size. If there is, just book it and CANCEL your old reservation.

If there is not a spot available for the new party size or the booking is less than 4 hours away, contact our Concierge at concierge@gdine.com and we will be happy to try and secure the new booking for you.
